This shaft sealing device is disposed between a rotor and a stator, and partitions an annular space between the outer peripheral surface of the rotor and the inner peripheral surface of the stator into a first axial side and a second axial side. The shaft sealing device comprises fins radially protruding from the rotor toward the stator, and a sealing member radially facing the fins, wherein the sealing member comprises: a first sealing layer formed of a porous abradable material having a first porosity; and a second sealing layer which is stacked on the first sealing layer at a position close to the fins and forms a contact surface with the fins, and is formed of a porous abradable material having a second porosity lower than the porosity of the first sealing layer.

Provided is a flue gas treatment device configured to treat a flue gas discharged from a combustion device that combusts fuel containing ammonia, and the flue gas treatment device includes: an ammonia decomposition unit having an ammonia decomposition catalyst that decomposes ammonia contained in the flue gas; and a nitrogen oxide decomposition unit having a second catalyst that decomposes nitrous oxide and NOx contained in the flue gas in which ammonia was decomposed by the ammonia decomposition unit.

A movement control method includes: setting a first position toward a first mobile body and a second position that is an evacuation destination of the first mobile body when an abnormality occurs in the first mobile body; setting a first moving route to the first position and a second moving route to the second position; moving a second mobile body including an imaging device to the first position toward the first mobile body based on the first moving route; and moving the first and second mobile bodies to a second position based on the second moving route when the second mobile body reaches the first position. The imaging device captures an image of a surrounding while positioning the second mobile body within a predetermined distance range, until the first mobile body reaches the second position.

A cooling device includes: a storage tank configured to store a liquid-phase first refrigerant below a heat generating body; a refrigerant supply unit configured to pump up the first refrigerant in the storage tank and supply the first refrigerant to the heat generating body; and a refrigerant cooling unit configured to cool the first refrigerant by supplying a second refrigerant having a lower temperature than the first refrigerant and performing heat exchange between the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant, and the storage tank recovers the first refrigerant supplied to the heat generating body.
