In one embodiment, a method includes determining a set of one or more step-based activity parameters to estimate for a current activity of a user; and determining current parameter-estimation inputs including (1) a current activity context and (2) a current status of each of a number of sensor modalities. The method further includes selecting, for each of the one or more step-based activity parameters and based on the current parameter-estimation inputs, a respective set of one or more sensor modalities from the number of sensor modalities to use to estimate that step-based activity parameter of the current activity of the user; and for each of the one or more step-based activity parameters, estimating that activity parameter using current data from the respective selected set of one or more sensor modalities.

In one general aspect, an operating method of an electronic device includes: identifying a parking spot to park a moving object; inputting the parking spot and odometry information representing a position of the moving object relative to the parking spot to a first artificial intelligence (AI) model, the first AI model inferring a first output from the parking spot and the odometry information; controlling driving of the moving object based on the first output obtained by the first AI model; inputting an image obtained by a camera of the moving object to a second AI model, the second AI model inferring a second output from the image; and controlling the driving of the moving object to drive to the parking spot based on the second output obtained by the second AI model.

The refrigerator includes a storage compartment, an evaporator, a compressor, a first electrode arranged in the storage compartment, a second electrode arranged spaced apart from the first electrode in the storage compartment, a radio frequency (RF) power supply configured to apply an RF signal to the first electrode and the second electrode, a voltage control circuit configured to adjust an input voltage of the RF power supply, a frequency control circuit configured to generate a switching signal for turning the RF power supply on or off, a voltage-current detector configured to detect an output voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode and an output current of the first electrode, memory storing instructions, and at least one processor operatively couple to the compressor, the at least one voltage control circuit, the frequency control circuit, the voltage-current detector, and the memory, wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively, cause the refrigerator to operate the compressor, identify an impedance change rate of food placed between the first electrode and the second electrode based on the output voltage and the output current, and adjust a reference voltage applied to the at least one voltage control circuit or an on-off duty ratio of the frequency control circuit, based on the impedance change rate of the food.

The electronic device includes memory, including one or more storage media, storing instructions, a display, and at least one processor communicatively coupled to the memory and the display, wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively, cause the at least one processor to identify an object from an image, identify a priority of the identified objects, identify the main object based on the identified priority, and remove a lower-priority object according to a preset criterion, adjust a pixel value of the image based on the maximum value of a preset color, identify a style based on at least one of the identified object or a state of a pixel element of the display, and control the display to display an image to which the identified style is applied.
