The present invention relates to a device for preventing pulp spills or leaks from the inside of mills that prevents the looseness of the fastening bolts of mill claddings and prevents the elements of the device from being launched at a high speed in the event of release or sudden failure of any of its parts. This makes it possible to maintain the tension of the fastening bolt of claddings for greater elongation between the head of the bolt in contact with the cladding and the fastening nut for fastening the bolt to the mill, further reducing the risk of accident in the event of failure.
