The circuit element layer includes a first auxiliary insulating layer, a second auxiliary insulating layer including an opening, a first metal pattern disposed on the first auxiliary insulating layer, a second metal pattern spaced apart from the first metal pattern and including a second lower metal layer disposed on the first auxiliary insulating layer and disposed in the opening, a second intermediate metal layer disposed on the second lower metal layer, and a second upper metal layer disposed on the second intermediate metal layer, and a dummy pattern disposed on the second metal pattern.
