The invention discloses an air guide assembly, an indoor unit and an air conditioner, an air duct is arranged in a machine shell of the indoor unit, and the air duct is provided with an air outlet; the air guide assembly is used for being arranged at the air outlet, the air guide assembly comprises two air guide plates, and the air guide assembly can rotate around a rotating axis relative to the machine shell so that the air guide assembly can have a plurality of working positions; wherein one side, facing the rotating axis, of one air guide plate is concavely provided with a first air guide arc surface, one side, facing the rotating axis, of the other air guide plate is convexly provided with a second air guide arc surface, and at the working position, an air guide channel is formed between the first air guide arc surface and the second air guide arc surface; the air duct is communicated with the indoor environment through the air guide channel. According to the technical scheme, the guiding effect of the air deflector on air at the air outlet is improved, and therefore the effect of adjusting the air outlet direction of the indoor unit is improved.
