A split-type electro-mechanical brake apparatus and a vehicle. The electro-mechanical brake apparatus includes a brake motor, a reducer, a ball screw, and a split piston. One end of the ball screw is configured to be in transmission connection to the brake motor through the reducer, while the other end is configured to drive the split piston, and the split piston is configured to push a same friction plate jointly through the two split protrusions to brake a wheel. The split piston includes two end faces that face away from each other, the transmission groove of the one end face is configured to be in transmission connection to the other end of the ball screw. The two split protrusions are arranged at a spacing on the other end face. In embodiments, pressure applied to the friction plate is more even.
