Disclosed in the present invention are compounds as MYT1 inhibitors. Particularly, the present invention relates to compounds represented by general formula (1) and a preparation method therefor, as well as the use of the compounds of general formula (1), and isomers, crystal forms, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates or solvates thereof as MYT1 inhibitors.
