The first conductor is connected to the magnesium rod and includes a first portion. The stop member is disposed at the first portion. By taking a length direction of the magnesium rod assembly as an axial direction, the stop member protrudes with respect to the first portion in a radial direction. The second conductor includes a second portion. The resistor is connected to the first conductor and the second conductor. The first portion, the second portion, the stop member, and the resistor are molded in the insulation member.
