According to one embodiment, a sensor attachment state determination apparatus, a sensor attachment state determination system, and a sensor attachment state determination method capable of determining an attachment state of a sensor with high accuracy. A sensor attachment state determination apparatus of an embodiment includes a signal processor, an index value acquirer, and a determiner. The signal processor is configured to acquire intensity information regarding signal intensities in different frequency bands of an elastic wave detected by one or more sensors configured to detect the elastic wave generated due to an impact applied by an impact applier configured to apply the impact on a structure. The determiner is configured to determine an attachment state of the one or more sensors on a basis of the intensity information acquired by the signal processor.
