Provided are an information push method and device for a dormant card, and a storage medium. The method includes: acquiring a startup time of the dormant card and a shutdown time which is closest to the startup time in the case of detecting a startup flag of a terminal with the dormant card; calculating a difference between the startup time and the shutdown time as a dormant duration; and pushing corresponding discount information to the terminal with the dormant card in the case of the dormant duration reaching a preset time threshold.
