A wireless headset security system includes a wireless headset, a case having a headset slot disposed in the case to accommodate the wireless headset, a lid pivotally connected to the case, a micro-controller disposed in the case, a locking unit, a connection unit, a wireless communication module, an authentication unit and a storage unit. The locking unit is disposed between the lid and the case to lock the lid. The connection unit is disposed in the case. The connection unit is electrically connected to the wireless headset and the micro-controller to transmit signals to the wireless headset and charge the wireless headset.
