The invention provides a filter and electronic equipment, and belongs to the technical field of communication. The filter disclosed by the invention comprises a first dielectric substrate and a second dielectric substrate which are oppositely arranged, an adjustable dielectric layer arranged between the first dielectric substrate and the second dielectric substrate, a first electrode arranged on one side, close to the adjustable dielectric layer, of the first dielectric substrate, and a second electrode arranged on one side, close to the adjustable dielectric layer, of the second dielectric substrate, the reference electrode layer is arranged on the side, away from the adjustable dielectric layer, of the first dielectric substrate, and the at least one second electrode is arranged on the side, close to the adjustable dielectric layer, of the second dielectric substrate; wherein one of the first end and the second end of the first electrode is used as a radio frequency signal input end of the filter, the other end of the first electrode is used as a radio frequency signal output end of the filter, and the first electrode and the reference electrode form a microstrip transmission line; the first electrode and the second electrodes are arranged in a crossed mode, at least one first resonance unit is defined, and the first resonance unit is configured to filter radio frequency signals.
