Therefore, on one hand, the uniformity of the microwave field intensity in the cooking cavity is improved, the cooking effect is improved, on the other hand, the technical effect of balancing the microwave field intensity in the cooking cavity can be achieved without arranging a structure used for rotating food materials and rotating microwave radiation, the product structure is simplified, and the production cost of the product is reduced.
