The array substrate comprises a substrate body, a grounding structure, an electrostatic protection structure and a plurality of data lines, the grounding structure, the electrostatic protection structure and the data lines are located on the substrate body, the substrate body is provided with a display area and a fan-out area, the electrostatic protection structure is electrically connected with the grounding structure, the electrostatic protection structure and at least part of the grounding structure are located in the fan-out area, and the data lines and the fan-out area are overlapped. The electrostatic protection structures located on the sides, away from the substrate, of the data lines are overlapped with the data lines. The electrostatic protection structure covers a target area of the color film substrate, the target area is overlapped with the data lines, and the edge, away from the display area, of the target area is at least partially overlapped with the edge, close to the fan-out area, of the color film substrate. The electrostatic protection capability of the display device can be improved.
