Display panel, manufacturing method thereof and display device

The embodiment of the invention provides a display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The display panel comprises a substrate, a passivation layer, a color film layer, a flat structure and a plurality of pins. The substrate is located in the display area and the peripheral area; the passivation layer, the color film layer and the flat structure are located in the display area; the plurality of pins are located in the peripheral area; each pin comprises a first metal layer, a second metal layer and a third metal layer which are stacked; the pin is formed by an initial pin structure, and the peripheral wall of the initial pin structure is configured to be covered by a protective layer in the manufacturing process of the color film layer, so that the protective layer is arranged in the plane where the interface of any one of the first metal layer or the third metal layer and the second metal layer is located. The size of any one of the first metal layer and the third metal layer is equal to the size of the second metal layer. According to the embodiment of the invention, the peripheral wall of the initial pin structure can be covered by the protective layer to be protected, and the corrosion of the edge of each film layer structure of the pin by a developing solution and other objects can be reduced or even avoided to a certain extent.
