The embodiment of the invention provides a touch control substrate, a touch control display panel and a touch control display device. The touch control display panel comprises a substrate; the touch electrode layer is arranged on the substrate and located in the touch display area; the touch electrode layer comprises a plurality of touch electrodes which are arranged on the same layer and are mutually insulated; the plurality of touch control leads are arranged on the substrate, and each touch control lead is electrically connected with one corresponding touch control electrode; wherein a part of the touch lead extends from the touch display area to penetrate through the first bending area to the first binding area, and a part of the touch lead is bent to the back surface of the touch display panel in the first bending area; the other part of the touch lead extends from the touch display area to penetrate through the second bending area to the second binding area, and the other part of the touch lead is bent to the back face of the touch display panel in the second bending area.
