The invention discloses a video processing method, a video processing device and a storage medium. The video processing method comprises: (S101) dividing a plurality of video frames included in an initial video into a plurality of video clips, each video clip comprising one or more video frames, and the plurality of video frames being continuous; (S102) according to any frame in the one or more video frames, determining a display parameter set of the video clip to which the frame belongs; (S103) adjusting other frames in the video clip according to the display parameter set to obtain an intermediate video clip; (S104) performing high dynamic range conversion on the intermediate video clip to obtain a high dynamic range video clip; and (S105) generating a high dynamic range video according to the high dynamic range video clip. According to the video processing method, the initial video is preprocessed through the display parameter set, so that a single HDR model can process the initial video with a complex scene, and the quality and efficiency of generating the HDR video are effectively improved.
