The display substrate comprises a substrate body, a first lens layer, a flat layer, an isolation layer and a second lens layer. The first lens layer comprises a plurality of first lenses arranged in an array; the flat layer is arranged on the side, away from the substrate, of the first lens layer. The isolation layer is arranged on one side of the flat layer away from the first lens layer; the second lens layer is arranged on one side of the isolation layer away from the flat layer; the isolation layer is used for isolating stress between the flat layer and the second lens layer. The isolation layer is arranged to isolate stress transmission between the flat layer and the second lens layer 500, and large-area wrinkles and film layer falling caused by different thermal expansion coefficients between the lens and the flat layer are prevented.
