Display panel and display device

The invention provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises: a display substrate; a plurality of light emitting elements; a packaging cover plate; the packaging structure is provided with a smooth curve section; the display substrate comprises a substrate, a conductive layer and an insulating layer which are sequentially stacked in the direction from the display substrate to the packaging cover plate in the section covered by the packaging structure, a plurality of first openings are formed in the conductive layer, the insulating layer fills the first openings, and the insulating layer is provided with at least one second opening in the area where the first openings are located. A gap is reserved between the second opening and the first opening where the second opening is located, and the second opening is filled with the packaging structure; in at least part of the smooth curve section of the packaging structure, the first openings are arranged into a plurality of queues along the direction of the at least part of the smooth curve section, and the center distances between every two adjacent first openings in each queue are basically equal. The center distance between two adjacent first openings in any queue is basically equal to the center distance between two adjacent first openings in the other queue.
