The embodiment of the invention provides a display panel and a display device, relates to the technical field of display, and is used for improving the threshold voltage compensation effect of a pixel circuit and reducing the preparation cost of the display panel. The display panel comprises a pixel circuit and a test circuit. The control electrode of the driving transistor is electrically connected with the first node, the first electrode is electrically connected with the second node, and the second electrode is electrically connected with the third node. The data processing sub-circuit is configured to transmit a first voltage signal to a fourth node in a first stage; and in the second stage, the data signal is transmitted to the fourth node, and the voltage of the first node is adjusted according to the voltage variation of the fourth node. The functional sub-circuit is configured to electrically connect the first signal line with the target node. The first end of the test circuit is electrically connected with the first node, the second node, the third node or the first signal line; and the second end is electrically connected with the data signal line, the first voltage signal line or the fourth node. The display panel is used for displaying images.
