The invention provides wearable equipment with a rearview function, and the equipment comprises a wearable part body which is provided with a foresight area and a rearview area; the image guide assembly is fixed to the wearable part body and is in bridge connection with the front-view area and the view area, the image guide assembly is provided with at least one light inlet and a light outlet, the light inlet is located in the rear-view area, and the light outlet is located in the rear-view area. The image guide assembly is configured to conduct rearview light received by the light inlet to the light outlet and emit the rearview light; and the suspension imaging assembly is fixed on the wearable part body and is configured to form a suspension image of a rearview image in the foresight area according to the emergent light of the light outlet.
