Deoxidizing electrode and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a deoxidizing electrode and a preparation method and application thereof. The oxygen removal electrode comprises a metal substrate and a layered double-metal hydroxide nanosheet which grows on the metal substrate in situ, wherein the double metal is any two of Fe, Co and Mn. The oxygen removal electrode is prepared by a chemical deposition method, has the advantages of no need of using an adhesive, simple manufacturing process, low cost, firm bonding between the active component and the conductive metal substrate and good catalytic performance activity, and can be operated for a long time in a high-current oxygen-containing gas reaction; the method also has the technical effect of effectively reducing the oxygen concentration, and is suitable for large-scale preparation, processing and application. Moreover, the deoxidizing electrode is used as an anode to be connected into a circuit, so that an effective deoxidizing effect can be realized, and the deoxidizing electrode is suitable for the field of food preservation.
