The invention discloses a solid electrolyte membrane, a solid-state battery and an electric device. The solid electrolyte membrane comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 80.0 to 97.95 percent of solid electrolyte, 1.0 to 9.5 percent of two-dimensional structure filler, 1.0 to 10.0 percent of adhesive and 0.05 to 0.5 percent of dispersing agent. According to the solid electrolyte membrane disclosed by the invention, on one hand, the two-dimensional structure filler and the adhesive are doped to promote the solid electrolyte to form a membrane, so that the mechanical strength of the solid electrolyte membrane can be improved, and the membrane layer thickness can be reduced; on the other hand, the addition of the dispersing agent promotes the uniform mixing between the solid electrolyte and the fiber, and ensures the consistency of the ionic conductivity of each part of the solid electrolyte membrane. The solid electrolyte membrane has relatively high ionic conductivity and flexibility, and the consistency is improved, so that the internal polarization of the battery is effectively reduced, and the performance of the battery is improved.
