The display panel comprises a data signal driving module used for sending out data signals, a first display area and a second display area which are used for displaying images, a first pixel unit arranged in the first display area, and a first data signal line electrically connected with the first pixel unit and the data signal driving module, the first pixel unit is used for executing image display, and the second pixel unit is used for executing image display. The second pixel unit is arranged in the second display area; and the second data signal line is electrically connected with the second pixel unit and the data signal driving module. The data signal driving module can independently drive the first data signal line and the second data signal line, so that the data signal driving module can independently control energization of the first display area and the second display area. According to the display panel, power consumption can be reduced, and the endurance is improved.
