The preparation method of the perovskite thin film comprises the following steps: providing a substrate; preparing a wet film layer containing a perovskite precursor on the substrate; and introducing a passivating agent into the wet film layer, and carrying out heat treatment to obtain the perovskite thin film containing the perovskite crystals. According to the scheme, the passivator capable of repairing the defects of the perovskite crystals is introduced into the wet film layer in the heat treatment process, so that the defects in the perovskite crystals are synchronously repaired by the passivator while the perovskite crystals are generated, the quality of the perovskite thin film is improved, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell is improved.
