According to the method, after the perception function network element receives the first request message requesting to obtain the perception result, if the obtained perception data comprises the data of the user, the perception function network element performs security protection processing on the data of the user to obtain the perception result, and feeds back the perception result; and the leakage of user privacy caused by directly providing the obtained data of the user to other network elements is avoided.
