And the driving shielding belt is positioned on one side of the driving part and the control circuit board back to the display part. The driving shielding belt comprises an insulating layer and a conductive layer in the insulating layer. The part, corresponding to the control circuit board, of the insulating layer at least exposes part of the side, facing the display part, of the conductive layer. The grounding part of the control circuit board is electrically connected with the heat dissipation film and the conductive layer through the conductive coating. The conductive coating at least covers the grounding part and a part of the control circuit board except the grounding part.
