The bidirectional throttle valve comprises a sleeve, a first valve body, a second valve body, a first valve element and a second valve element, the first valve body and the second valve body are embedded in the sleeve, a first valve cavity is formed in the first valve body, a second valve cavity is formed in the second valve body, a first opening is formed in the side wall of the second valve body, and a second opening is formed in the side wall of the second valve body. A second opening is formed in the end wall of the second valve body. The first valve element is movably arranged in the second valve cavity and blocks the first opening, a third valve cavity is formed in the first valve element, and a third opening and a fourth opening are formed in the two ends of the first valve element respectively; the second valve element is movably arranged in the third valve cavity and blocks the fourth opening, and the side wall of the second valve element and the inner wall of the first valve element are arranged in a spaced mode. According to the technical scheme, controllable throttling in two directions is achieved through movement of the valve element.
