A photoelectric conversion device and an optical network terminal, the photoelectric conversion device can be applied to the optical network terminal in an FTTR scene, the photoelectric conversion device comprises a photoelectric conversion board and an optical assembly, the photoelectric conversion board is provided with an optical driver, a flexible board connection circuit, a bent pin connection circuit and a matching circuit, the flexible board connecting circuit is electrically connected with the bent pin connecting circuit; the optical driver is arranged on the photoelectric conversion board, and the optical driver is electrically connected with the optical assembly through the bent pin connecting circuit or the flexible board connecting circuit; and the matching circuit is used for matching the impedance when the optical assembly is connected with the flexible board connecting circuit or matching the impedance when the optical assembly is connected with the bent pin connecting circuit, so that the optimization of the overshoot and return channel of the eye pattern of the photoelectric conversion device can be realized.
