A method can include receiving, by a base station distributed unit (BS-DU) from a base station central unit (BS-CU), a message comprising configuration parameters of a model for prediction of a channel state of an air interface. The method can also include communicating, by the BS-DU via the air interface, with one or more wireless devices. The method can further include determining, by the BS-DU, performance of the model in predicting the channel state. The method can additionally include sending, by the BS-DU to the BS-CU, a report indicating the performance of the model.

A wireless device receives one or more configuration parameters comprising a parameter indicating that a retransmission of a transport block (TB) with a different TB size (TBS) than an initial transmission of the TB are new transmissions. The wireless device receives a first TB with a first TBS. The method can also include receiving, by a distributed unit (DU) of the first base station from a central unit (CU) of the first base station, a message indicating a next hop chaining count (NCC) for deriving a key of the second base station and an identifier of the cell. The method can further include determining to execute the LTM, of the wireless device, to the cell. The method can additionally include transmitting, to the wireless device, an LTM cell switch medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) for the LTM, indicating the NCC, wherein the LTM cell switch MAC CE comprises an identifier of an LTM candidate configuration of the cell.

A method can include receiving, by a distributed unit (DU) of a base station from a central unit (CU) of the base station, a first message that includes a parameter indicating a conditional layer 1 or layer 2 triggered mobility (LTM) of a wireless device and an identifier of a candidate cell of the DU, for the conditional LTM. The method can also include sending, by the DU to the CU, a second message comprising a configuration for LTM associated with the candidate cell. The method can further include receiving, from the CU and after sending the configuration, a third message comprising a list of one or more candidate cells for a subsequent conditional LTM of the wireless device. The method can also include sending, to the CU, a fourth message comprising the at least one determined execution condition for the subsequent conditional LTM.

A wireless device receives a first parameter for determining a first bitmap indicating first unused CG occasions of first available CG occasions of a first CG configuration and a second parameter for determining a second bitmap indicating second unused CG occasions of second available CG occasions of a second CG configuration. Based on the first CG configuration, the second CG configuration, and an amount of buffered data the wireless device transmits the first bitmap multiplexed with a HARQ-ACK information bit corresponding to a TB via a first available CG occasion of the first CG configuration and transmits the second bitmap via a second available CG occasion of the second CG configuration. The first bitmap indicates the first available CG occasions are unused. The second bitmap indicates one or more CG occasions of the second available CG occasions are unused.

A wireless device receives, from a first base station, a RRC release message comprising a suspend configuration, wherein the suspend configuration comprises a configuration of a SDT procedure, and the configuration indicates a radio bearer configured for the SDT procedure. The wireless device suspends, based on the suspend configuration, one or more radio bearers comprising the radio bearer configured for the SDT procedure. Based on initiating the SDT procedure the wireless device resumes the radio bearer configured for the SDT procedure and transmits, to a second base station, a radio resource control (RRC) resume request message. The wireless device communicates with the second base station and during the SDT procedure, data associated with the SDT procedure, receives, from the second base station, a second RRC release message comprising a resume indication after completion of the SDT procedure, and initiates, based on the resume indication, an RRC resume procedure.
