Quick Start
Prepare your first editable patent draft, with a US workflow and options for other supported jurisdictions.
You can prepare and review a drafting plan as a guest. To continue to a full draft, sign in or register with your email address or Google account. Follow any email verification steps shown.
Search by keyword, applicant or publication number. Choose the United States for US records, or another jurisdiction for related research. Use the available filters and verify relevant results against their original sources; coverage varies by data source.
Open the drafting workspace and provide your technical disclosure or upload your materials. Review and refine the proposed drafting plan, then select the United States for a US application. Continue to generate editable sections and review the claims, specification, abstract and drawings together.
When the draft is ready for review and export is available, choose Word (.docx). The document uses the structure for the selected jurisdiction. Check the technical facts, complete missing information and have the draft professionally reviewed before filing.
