Quick Start
Get up and running with CNIPA.AI in minutes and start your patent search and writing journey
Create an Account
Visit the CNIPA.AI homepage and click 'Sign Up' in the top right corner. Enter your email address and create a password (at least 8 characters with uppercase and numbers). You'll receive a verification email - click the link to activate your account.
Search Patents
Enter keywords in the search box - supports both Chinese and English. For example, enter 'solid-state battery' or '固态电池' and the system will automatically perform intelligent matching. Use filters (applicant, IPC classification, date range) for precise searches.
Start Writing
Click 'Write' in the navigation bar to enter the patent writing workspace. Input your invention title and technical description, and AI will automatically analyze the technical solution and generate claims, specification, and abstract. You can edit and optimize the generated content online.
Export Documents
After completing the writing, click 'Export Document' and choose Word format. The generated document complies with CNIPA five-document format requirements and can be directly used for patent application submission.
