A drinking apparatus comprises a main body, a moveable spout, a piercing mechanism, and a rotatable bottom piece. The moveable spout transitions between an extended position and a retracted position along the side channel. Further, the piercing mechanism couples to the moveable spout such that when the moveable spout is in the retracted position, the piercing mechanism is within the housing. Also, the rotatable bottom piece is configured to selectively transition the moveable spout from the extended position to the retracted position.
