An oral cleaning arrangement for an oral care device permitting pivoting of a cleaning element unit having at least two groups of cleaning elements defining different respective spatial/geometric arrangements/patterns, such that both groups of cleaning elements may be angled in such a way that they can be applied simultaneously to a tooth surface to be cleaned.

An apparatus for determining blood pressure of a subject is presented. The apparatus comprises a pressure signal providing unit configured to provide a measured pressure signal (TP) of a subject over a time, wherein the pressure signal is indicative of blood pulsations and comprises a plurality of pressure pulses. The apparatus further comprises a processor that is configured to determine, based on the plurality of pressure pulses, a blood pressure determination curve (TPW_M-curve) indicative for a dependence of the pressure pulses on the applied pressure, to apply a transformation to the blood pressure determination curve and to determine the blood pressure based on a result of the transformation. This allows to determine the blood pressure more accurately.

A device () for providing guidance during a procedure to remove tissue vegetation from an implant site using an aspiration catheter () in which aspiration is controlled by vacuum suction includes a Doppler ultrasound imaging device () configured to acquire ultrasound data of the implant site including Doppler ultrasound data of the implant site and imaging data of the implant site. An electronic processor () is programmed to identify a portion of the aspiration catheter in the imaging data of the implant site; measure fluid flow through the aspiration catheter as a function of time based on the Doppler ultrasound data corresponding to the identified portion of the aspiration catheter; and provide guidance for the aspiration based on the measured fluid flow through the aspiration catheter.
