Disclosed herein are a cleaner and a suction device. The cleaner includes a main body case, a motor, a suction fan, a cooling fan, a motor housing and a seal. The main body case includes a first inlet, a first outlet, a second inlet and a second outlet. The suction fan moves air along a first flow path extending from the first inlet to the first outlet. The cooling fan moves air along a second flow path extending from the second inlet to the second outlet. The motor housing supports the motor and includes a partition guide. The seal is coupled to the above partition guide and in contact with an inner wall of the main body case. The partition guide and the seal together partition the first flow path from the second flow path.
