The intravenous therapy support device has a securement and a cover structured to swivel. Two elongated and resilient pad members extend outwardly from the cover. Each pad member has a low-friction fabric cover layer, a support layer, and a comfort layer. The support layer has a higher density than that of the comfort layer. Pad members are spaced apart and aligned parallel to each other to create a central elongated opening that accommodates the intravenous catheter. The cover swivels to align the central elongated opening with a longitudinal axis of the intravenous catheter.
