The concentration of dopant in the first layer is 25 to 1000 nmol/cm2, based on the surface area of the first layer. The disclosure relates also to a method for producing a laminate. The method includes providing a first layer including at least one allotrope of carbon and a dopant. The method includes providing a second layer including organic material. The concentration of dopant in the first layer is 25 to 1000 nmol/cm2. The disclosure relates also to the use of a dopant in a concentration of 25 to 1000 nmol/cm2 for reducing degradation of a laminate.
