A width between the base parts is adjusted by rotating the upper and lower link members and rivet shaft pins, the support pieces are pressed against a dashboard while the support parts are placed inside a lower portion of a steering wheel, and the fixing clamps contact the front surface of the steering wheel, thereby fixedly installing the foldable laptop stand on the steering wheel.
