A system that ensures safety across complex global networks has the potential to enhance data security, transparency, and trust. The system comprises a plurality of storage nodes and user devices. Each storage node is configured to maintain copies of one or more blockchains containing validated data records, and each blockchain is replicated across a subset of the storage nodes. User devices are configured to exchange blockchain data with the storage nodes. The storage nodes are interconnected through a toroidal network topology, and each block chain is replicated across the storage nodes of a toroidal sub-network.
