A display device includes a light-emitting element including an anode and a cathode, a first transistor electrically connected between the anode and a first power line and switched by a voltage of a node, a second transistor electrically connected between the first transistor and a data line and switched by a write scan signal, and a third transistor electrically connected between the node and the anode and switched by a compensation scan signal. The third transistor includes an oxide semiconductor layer including a source area, a drain area, and a channel area disposed between the source area and the drain area, and a gate electrode disposed on the channel area.
