A control device for a power conversion circuit equipped with a switching circuit includes a switching control unit and a switching unit. The switching control unit controls switching of each semiconductor switching element included in a plurality of legs, and controls a phase difference between a timing of switching to the ON state of a semiconductor switching element included in a reference leg, and a timing of switching to the ON state of a semiconductor switching element included in a residual leg other than the reference leg and belonging to the same arm as the semiconductor switching element included in the reference leg.
