UPLINK RESOURCE CONFIGURATION METHOD

This application provides an uplink resource configuration method. The method may be applied to user equipment that supports dual-SIM dual-active. In this method, after an uplink conflict occurs after uplink scheduling of a plurality of base stations is received, the user equipment that supports dual-SIM dual-active obtains a type of an uplink data packet of a service corresponding to each base station. When a current uplink data packet of a high-priority service is a padding package, the user equipment may preferentially allocate an uplink resource to a low-priority service to send an uplink data packet of the low-priority service, and does not allocate the uplink resource to the high-priority service.
