The circuit board includes: a first surface and a second surface arranged opposite to each other, where a first connecting seat is arranged on the first surface and includes at least one first positioning pin; a first area, a projection of the first area onto the first surface along a direction perpendicular to a plane of the circuit board covers the first positioning pin; a first-type signal line, where a signal on the first-type signal line is different from a signal on the first positioning pin, and the first-type signal line does not overlap with the first area along the direction; and/or a second-type signal line, where a signal on the second-type signal line is the same as the signal on the first positioning pin, and the second-type signal line overlaps with the first area along the direction.
