A solid-state image sensor is provided. The solid-state image sensor includes a first photoelectric conversion element and a second photoelectric conversion element adjacent to the first photoelectric conversion element. The solid-state image sensor also includes a color filter layer disposed above the first photoelectric conversion element and the second photoelectric conversion element. The solid-state image sensor further includes a converging structure and a diverging structure disposed on the color filter layer.
