The invention provides a motor stator and a motor. The motor stator comprises a plurality of stator modules which are spliced in the circumferential direction. Each stator module comprises an arc-shaped stator yoke part; a plurality of stator teeth which can be assembled on the arc-shaped stator yoke parts in a matching manner along the circumferential direction and can extend towards the axis ofthe arc-shaped stator yoke parts; stator windings which surround the arc-shaped stator yoke parts in the circumferential direction, can extend along the arc-shaped surfaces, away from the axis, of thearc-shaped stator yoke parts, then are wound to the arc-shaped surface areas close to the axis and can penetrate through the stator teeth, wherein a plurality of stator modules spliced in the circumferential direction are formed by splicing every two adjacent arc-shaped stator yoke parts end to end in the circumferential direction. According to the invention, the axial size of the motor can be reduced, and the internal capacity of electrical equipment such as a washing machine can be improved by saving space.
