The invention provides a display substrate and a display panel, belongs to the technical field of display, and can at least partially solve the problem of mutual influence between distribution of electrodes of network signals and distribution of touch electrodes in an existing touch display panel. The display substrate of the present invention comprises: a base; touch electrodes are located on the substrate; signal electrodes are located on the substrate, the signal electrodes and the touch electrodes are arranged on the same layer, at least part of the signal electrodes intersect with the touch electrodes in the intersection area, and the touch electrodes are disconnected in the intersection area so that the signal electrodes can penetrate through the touch electrodes, and the signal electrodes are used for receiving first network signals; and the at least one first bridging electrode is positioned on the substrate and is used for connecting the touch electrodes disconnected in the intersection area.
