The phased-array antenna comprises an array plane module, a phase shift transmission module and a polarization synthesis module, the array plane module is configured to receive or transmit an initial polarization signal and decompose the initial polarization signal into a first polarization component and a second polarization component; wherein the directions of the first polarization component and the second polarization component are orthogonal; the phase shift transmission module is configured to perform independent phase matching and combining processing on the first polarization component and the second polarization component to generate a third polarization component and a fourth polarization component; and the polarization synthesis module is configured to perform correction and combination processing on the third polarization component and the fourth polarization component to generate a target polarization signal.
