The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a to-be-processed target video frame; inputting the target video frame into an enhancement model for quality enhancement, and outputting an enhanced video frame corresponding to the target video frame; the enhancement model is obtained by training a plurality of video frame pairs, each video frame pair comprises a mixed video frame and a label video frame, and the mixed video frame and the label video frame contain the same video content and different video quality; the mixed video frame is obtained by mixing a first video frame and a second video frame, the first video frame and the second video frame contain the same video content and different video quality, and the first video frame and the second video frame are video frames used in the training process of the enhancement model.
