The invention discloses an antenna unit, an antenna array and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of wireless communication. The antenna unit comprises a substrate, and a stator comb-shaped electrode, a rotor comb-shaped electrode, an elastic connecting wire and a rotor fixing part which are arranged on one side of the substrate; wherein the comb ridge of the stator comb-shaped electrode is fixed on the substrate, and the comb teeth of the stator comb-shaped electrode face the rotor comb-shaped electrode; a comb ridge of the rotor comb-shaped electrode comprises a first side face and a second side face, the first side face is connected with comb teeth of the rotor comb-shaped electrode, the comb teeth of the rotor comb-shaped electrode face the stator comb-shaped electrode and correspond to tooth seams of the stator comb-shaped electrode, and the second side face is connected with the rotor fixing part through an elastic connecting line. The rotor comb-shaped electrode and the elastic connecting line are suspended on the substrate, and the rotor fixing part is fixed on the substrate. The stator comb-shaped electrode and the rotor comb-shaped electrode are used for generating electrostatic force under the action of a driving signal, and the rotor comb-shaped electrode is close to or far away from the stator comb-shaped electrode so as to tune electromagnetic waves radiated by the antenna units.
