The invention provides an antenna and electronic equipment, and belongs to the technical field of communication. The antenna disclosed by the invention comprises a radiation unit, a phase adjustment unit and a first feed structure, the radiation unit comprises a first dielectric substrate, a radiation patch and a first waveguide structure, wherein the radiation patch and the first waveguide structure are arranged on the two opposite sides of the first dielectric substrate respectively. A first transmission port of the first waveguide structure corresponds to the radiation patch. A first feed area of the phase adjustment unit is arranged corresponding to a second transmission port of the first waveguide structure; a first transmission port of the first feed structure is arranged corresponding to a second feed area of the phase adjustment structure; wherein the first waveguide structure comprises a ridge waveguide structure; the ridge waveguide structure is provided with at least one side wall, and the at least one side wall is connected to define a waveguide cavity of the ridge first waveguide structure; wherein the at least one side wall is provided with at least one ridge protruding towards the waveguide cavity.
