A display panel, the display panel comprising a plurality of light emitting devices arranged in an array, each light emitting device (10) of the plurality of light emitting devices comprising: a first electrode (111); a first light emitting layer (121) on the first electrode (111); the second light-emitting layer (122) is located on the side, away from the first electrode (111), of the first light-emitting layer (121); the third light-emitting layer (123) is located on the side, away from the first electrode (111), of the second light-emitting layer (122); the fourth light-emitting layer (124) is located on the side, away from the first electrode (111), of the third light-emitting layer (123); the fifth light-emitting layer (125) is located on the side, away from the first electrode (111), of the fourth light-emitting layer (124); the second electrode (112) is located on the side, away from the first electrode (111), of the fifth light-emitting layer (125), a microcavity is formed between the first electrode (111) and the second electrode (112), four of the first light-emitting layer (121), the second light-emitting layer (122), the third light-emitting layer (123), the fourth light-emitting layer (124) and the fifth light-emitting layer (125) emit light of a first wavelength, and the fourth light-emitting layer (124) emits light of a second wavelength. The remaining light-emitting layers other than the four light-emitting layers emitting light of the first wavelength emit light of the second wavelength, and the first wavelength is smaller than the second wavelength. The invention further provides a display device comprising the display panel.
